In this peer lab, we will explore what helps organisations recognise the issues that matter most, make better decisions around them, and turn those decisions into action. Using sustainability risks and opportunities as a practical lens, the session will look at how priorities gain traction inside an organisation, what helps momentum build, and what common challenges can get in the way. Through candid peer exchange, participants will be encouraged to reflect on what supports clarity, accountability, and follow-through in their own context.
