As the EU moves to simplify sustainability reporting, the provisional Council–Parliament agreement (pending adoption) is that mandatory CSRD reporting will focus on very large companies (>1,000 employees and >€450m net turnover). Many smaller companies may sit outside mandatory CSRD reporting, yet still face bank, investor, and client requests for credible sustainability information.

In that context, this Exec Lab is a facilitated peer-learning session designed to help you define practical next steps for using ESG as a competitive advantage. We’ll work together on what matters most for your organisation.

In this peer session we will:

• Use VSME to anchor the conversation and keep it practical
• Agree what’s non-negotiable vs what can be a competitive differentiator, and prioritise 3–5 focus areas accordingly
• Peer-exchange on how to align the business around those priorities (ownership, data, decision-making)
